Over the past 5 years, Enerlife has helped Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB) to plan and implement projects in 35 of their schools, which saved the board over $3.5 million in energy costs – an excellent use of Ministry of Education’s Energy Efficient Schools funding. Now, SCDSB plans to invest in more projects, aiming to achieve $5 million in further savings in 28 schools, as detailed in the board’s new Energy Conservation and Demand Management Plan prepared by Enerlife.
